Most customers pay online — but none of these invoices are paid.
En español, «todos los», «la mayoría de» y «ninguno de» siempre llevan «de». En inglés, la of aparece solo cuando hablas de un grupo concreto (the, these, them); en general, se cae. Domina cuándo ponerla. 🔊
Cómo funciona
all (todos) y most (la mayoría) van directos ante un nombre general, sin of y a menudo sin artículo: All customers, Most people. Cuando el grupo es concreto —marcado por the, these, my o un pronombre— añades of: all of the agents, most of them. none of lleva siempre of + grupo: none of the files.
El español siempre dice «de»; el inglés la quita en lo general (most customers) y solo la usa con grupo concreto (most of the customers).
Con pronombre (them, us, you) la of es obligatoria: all of them, nunca all them.

Errores típicos
- ① of en lo general. ✗ all of customers → ✓ all customers.
- ② of ausente con pronombre. ✗ all them → ✓ all of them.
- ③ none sin of. ✗ none the files → ✓ none of the files.
- ④ the innecesario. ✗ the most people → ✓ most people.
Cultura en contexto
En informes y avisos, most customers generaliza con naturalidad, mientras most of our customers apunta a tu base concreta. La of comunica el alcance: general frente a específico.
« Most of our users are on the new version, and all of them keep their data. »
Combinas mayoría concreta (most of our users) con totalidad (all of them) para tranquilizar sobre un cambio.
Ojo: con incontables funciona igual: most of the information, all of the feedback; en general, most information, all feedback.
Shadowing
Escucha → repite → revela. most of / all of se ligan: moust-ov, ol-ov.
